### sec.118-oc.2 Referee or tribunal not to have jurisdiction where title to land in question Despite any other provision of this part, a referee or tribunal shall not have jurisdiction under this part in any case in which the title to land is in question otherwise than for the purpose of determining any matter before the referee or tribunal, as the case may be, and any determination made by the referee or tribunal shall not have any force or effect except as provided by this Act.
