### sec.118 Members of the corporation A person who, immediately before the commencement of this section, was a member of the corporation is taken to be, on the commencement, a member of the board in accordance with the member’s original conditions of appointment. The person who, immediately before the commencement of this section, was the chairperson of the corporation is taken to be, on the commencement, the chairperson of the board in accordance with the member’s original conditions of appointment.
