### sec.116 Regulation-making power
The Governor in Council may make regulations under this Act.
A regulation may be made about any of the following matters—
the preparation of plans and documents for the purposes of this Act;
the plans and documents that may be lodged with the registrar of titles;
the registration by the registrar of titles of plans and documents;
the nomination and election of the offices of chairperson, secretary and treasurer of bodies corporate and of other members of committees;
the practice or procedure to be followed by referees and tribunals;
the enforcement of orders made by referees and tribunals;
matters relating to fire safety approvals for buildings in the corporation area;
the information to be contained in a management statement.
A regulation may impose a penalty not exceeding 10 penalty units for an offence against a regulation.

(sec.116-ssec.1) The Governor in Council may make regulations under this Act.
