### sec.112 When security officer ceases to hold office
A security officer ceases to hold office if any of the following happens—
the term of office stated in a condition of office ends;
under another condition of office, the security officer ceases to hold office;
the security officer’s resignation under section 113 takes effect.
Subsection (1) does not limit the ways a security officer may cease to hold office.
In this section—
condition of office means a condition on which the security officer holds office.

(sec.112-ssec.1) A security officer ceases to hold office if any of the following happens— the term of office stated in a condition of office ends; under another condition of office, the security officer ceases to hold office; the security officer’s resignation under section 113 takes effect.
(sec.112-ssec.2) Subsection (1) does not limit the ways a security officer may cease to hold office.
(sec.112-ssec.3) In this section— condition of office means a condition on which the security officer holds office.

- (b) under another condition of office, the security officer ceases to hold office;
