### sec.110 Issue of identity card
An entity that appoints a security officer must issue an identity card to the security officer.
The identity card must—
contain a recent photo of the security officer; and
contain a copy of the security officer’s signature; and
identify the person as a security officer under this Act; and
state an expiry date for the card.
This section does not prevent the issue of a single identity card to a person for this Act and other purposes.

(sec.110-ssec.1) An entity that appoints a security officer must issue an identity card to the security officer.
(sec.110-ssec.2) The identity card must— contain a recent photo of the security officer; and contain a copy of the security officer’s signature; and identify the person as a security officer under this Act; and state an expiry date for the card.
(sec.110-ssec.3) This section does not prevent the issue of a single identity card to a person for this Act and other purposes.
