### sec.107 Reserve power of Minister to give directions in public interest
The Minister may give the corporation a written direction if the Minister is satisfied it is necessary to give the direction in the public interest because of exceptional circumstances.
The corporation must ensure the direction is complied with.
Before giving the direction, the Minister must—
consult with the corporation; and
ask the corporation to advise whether, in its opinion, complying with the direction would not be in its commercial interest.
The Minister must cause a copy of the direction to be gazetted within 21 days after it is given.

(sec.107-ssec.1) The Minister may give the corporation a written direction if the Minister is satisfied it is necessary to give the direction in the public interest because of exceptional circumstances.
(sec.107-ssec.2) The corporation must ensure the direction is complied with.
(sec.107-ssec.3) Before giving the direction, the Minister must— consult with the corporation; and ask the corporation to advise whether, in its opinion, complying with the direction would not be in its commercial interest.
