### sec.104 Inconsistency with other Acts
It is the intention of the Parliament that, to the greatest extent practicable, this Act should have effect despite any inconsistency with any other Act.
Without limiting subsection (1) , this Act has effect despite any law in force at the time of commencement of this Act.
Without limiting any provision of this Act, the registrar of titles is authorised and directed to accept and register all plans and other instruments prepared under the authority of this Act if, subject to this Act, they are in a form acceptable to the registrar.
