### sch.4-sec.9-oc.2 Chairperson to have available names of persons entitled to vote The chairperson at a general meeting of the body corporate shall have available for inspection, before submitting a motion to the meeting or the holding of the election of the chairperson, secretary and treasurer of the body corporate and other members of the committee, a list of the names of the persons who are entitled to vote on that motion or at that election.
