### sch.4-sec.16 Meetings of body corporate before first annual general meeting
Until the first annual general meeting of the body corporate, the original lessee or the body corporate may convene an extraordinary general meeting and shall do so on receipt of a requisition signed by 1 or more persons entitled to vote in respect of 1 or more lots, the lot entitlement or the sum of the lot entitlements of which is at least one-quarter of the aggregate lot entitlement.

The provisions of this part (other than clause 1(2), (2A), (3) and (5)) apply to and in respect of a meeting referred to in subclause (1) so far as those provisions are not inconsistent with, or incapable of applying to, such a meeting.
