### sch.4-sec.14 Amendment or revocation of certain resolutions A unanimous resolution, resolution without dissent or special resolution of a body corporate may not be amended or revoked at a meeting except by a subsequent unanimous resolution, resolution without dissent or special resolution, as the case may be.
