### sch.1-sec.13 Corporation’s seal
The corporation’s seal must be kept at the corporation’s office, in the corporation manager’s custody, and may be used only as authorised by the board.
The impressing of the seal must be witnessed by the chairperson and the corporation manager or as the chairperson directs.
Judicial notice must be taken of the imprint of the seal appearing on a document and the document must be presumed to have been properly sealed unless the contrary is proved.
