### sec.34 Alterations of covenants etc. of certain leases
Where the Minister is satisfied that the absence of or compliance with a covenant, condition or provision of a lease granted under the Land Act 1994 causes or would tend to cause soil erosion on land, the Minister shall advise the Minister for the time being administering that Act accordingly.
Where that Minister has been so advised, the Governor in Council may, notwithstanding anything to the contrary contained in the Land Act 1994 , vary, modify, revoke, or add to the covenants, conditions or provisions of the lease as the circumstances require.
(sec.34-ssec.1) Where the Minister is satisfied that the absence of or compliance with a covenant, condition or provision of a lease granted under the Land Act 1994 causes or would tend to cause soil erosion on land, the Minister shall advise the Minister for the time being administering that Act accordingly.
(sec.34-ssec.2) Where that Minister has been so advised, the Governor in Council may, notwithstanding anything to the contrary contained in the Land Act 1994 , vary, modify, revoke, or add to the covenants, conditions or provisions of the lease as the circumstances require.
