### sec.26 Acquisition of land by the chief executive
For the purpose of taking land granted in fee simple required by the chief executive for or in connection with a purpose under this Act, including any works or purpose with respect to or in relation to which any right, power or authority is conferred, or duty or obligation imposed upon the chief executive under this Act, the chief executive shall be a constructing authority under the Acquisition of Land Act 1967 .
