### sec.23 Security firm’s duties about functions and supervision of restricted licensee This section applies if a security firm supplies security firm services of a restricted licensee for reward. The security firm must ensure that, while the security firm services are being supplied, the restricted licensee carries out only the functions of a type of security provider stated in the licence. Maximum penalty—20 penalty units.
