### sec.16 Application of sdiv 1
This subdivision applies if—
a liquor licensee engages a person to carry out the functions of a crowd controller for reward at a public place to which a liquor licence relates; and
the liquor licence is not in relation to an event or occasion.
- (a) a liquor licensee engages a person to carry out the functions of a crowd controller for reward at a public place to which a liquor licence relates; and
