### sec.70 Show cause process not finally decided
This section applies if—
the chief executive had given a show cause notice to a licensee under section 22; and
immediately before the commencement, the chief executive had not finally dealt with matters relating to the show cause notice under section 22 (the show cause process ).
The show cause process must continue under this Act as in force after the commencement.

(sec.70-ssec.1) This section applies if— the chief executive had given a show cause notice to a licensee under section 22; and immediately before the commencement, the chief executive had not finally dealt with matters relating to the show cause notice under section 22 (the show cause process ).
(sec.70-ssec.2) The show cause process must continue under this Act as in force after the commencement.
- (a) the chief executive had given a show cause notice to a licensee under section 22; and
- (b) immediately before the commencement, the chief executive had not finally dealt with matters relating to the show cause notice under section 22 (the show cause process ).
