### sec.68 Applications not finally decided
This section applies if, immediately before the commencement, the chief executive had not finally decided an application for a licence or the renewal of a licence.
The chief executive must decide the application under this Act as amended by the Criminal Law (Criminal Organisations Disruption) and Other Legislation Amendment Act 2013 .
In this section—
commencement means the commencement of this section.

(sec.68-ssec.1) This section applies if, immediately before the commencement, the chief executive had not finally decided an application for a licence or the renewal of a licence.
(sec.68-ssec.2) The chief executive must decide the application under this Act as amended by the Criminal Law (Criminal Organisations Disruption) and Other Legislation Amendment Act 2013 .
