### sec.25A Production of licence
This section applies if—
a licensee is not wearing the prescribed identification when carrying out a function of a security provider; and
a person with whom the licensee is dealing when carrying out the function asks to inspect the licensee’s licence.
The licensee must produce the licensee’s licence for inspection.
Maximum penalty—20 penalty units.

(sec.25A-ssec.1) This section applies if— a licensee is not wearing the prescribed identification when carrying out a function of a security provider; and a person with whom the licensee is dealing when carrying out the function asks to inspect the licensee’s licence.
(sec.25A-ssec.2) The licensee must produce the licensee’s licence for inspection. Maximum penalty—20 penalty units.
- (a) a licensee is not wearing the prescribed identification when carrying out a function of a security provider; and
- (b) a person with whom the licensee is dealing when carrying out the function asks to inspect the licensee’s licence.
