### sec.24 Automatic cancellation
A licensee’s licence is cancelled if the licensee, or another person required to be an appropriate person in relation to the licence—
is convicted of a disqualifying offence for which a conviction is recorded; or
becomes subject to a relevant control order.
A person whose licence is cancelled under subsection (1) must return the licence to the chief executive within 14 days after the happening of the event mentioned in subsection (1) .
Maximum penalty for subsection (2) —20 penalty units.
