### sec.16 Term of licence
A licence, other than a restricted licence, may be issued for a term of 1 year or 3 years.
A restricted licence may be issued for a term of not more than 6 months.
After the term of a restricted licence (the first licence ) ends, the person who held the first licence can not apply for a further restricted licence for carrying out the functions that were authorised under the first licence.
