### sec.28 Licence to be kept on premises or with licensee
If a licence authorises the licensee to carry on business under the licence at premises, the licensee must keep the licence or a copy of it at the premises stated in the licence.
Maximum penalty—100 penalty units.
If a license authorises the licensee to carry on business under the licence at a location, the licensee must carry the licence or a copy of it when carrying on business at the location.

(sec.28-ssec.1) If a licence authorises the licensee to carry on business under the licence at premises, the licensee must keep the licence or a copy of it at the premises stated in the licence. Maximum penalty—100 penalty units.
(sec.28-ssec.2) If a license authorises the licensee to carry on business under the licence at a location, the licensee must carry the licence or a copy of it when carrying on business at the location. Maximum penalty—100 penalty units.
