### sec.15 Decision on application for renewal or restoration of a licence
The chief executive must consider an application for renewal or restoration of a licence and—
grant the renewal or restoration of the licence, with or without conditions; or
refuse to grant the renewal or restoration of the licence.
However, the chief executive must refuse the application if the chief executive is not satisfied the applicant is a suitable person to hold a licence.
If the chief executive decides to grant the renewal or restoration of the licence, the chief executive must grant the renewal or restoration for the term stated in the application.
If the chief executive decides to refuse to grant the renewal or restoration of the licence, the chief executive must give the applicant a QCAT information notice for the decision within 14 days after the decision is made.

(sec.15-ssec.1) The chief executive must consider an application for renewal or restoration of a licence and— grant the renewal or restoration of the licence, with or without conditions; or refuse to grant the renewal or restoration of the licence.

(sec.15-ssec.4) If the chief executive decides to refuse to grant the renewal or restoration of the licence, the chief executive must give the applicant a QCAT information notice for the decision within 14 days after the decision is made.

- (b) refuse to grant the renewal or restoration of the licence.
