### sec.15 Decision on application for renewal or restoration of a licence The chief executive must consider an application for renewal or restoration of a licence and— grant the renewal or restoration of the licence, with or without conditions; or refuse to grant the renewal or restoration of the licence. However, the chief executive must refuse the application if the chief executive is not satisfied the applicant is a suitable person to hold a licence. If the chief executive decides to grant the renewal or restoration of the licence, the chief executive must grant the renewal or restoration for the term stated in the application.
