### sec.142 Existing applications
This section applies in relation to the following applications made, but not decided, before the commencement—
an application for a licence made under section 10;
an application for the renewal of a licence made under section 13;
an application for the restoration of a licence made under section 14.
The chief executive must decide the application under part 3 as in force from the commencement.

(sec.142-ssec.1) This section applies in relation to the following applications made, but not decided, before the commencement— an application for a licence made under section 10; an application for the renewal of a licence made under section 13; an application for the restoration of a licence made under section 14.
(sec.142-ssec.2) The chief executive must decide the application under part 3 as in force from the commencement.
