### sec.139 Applications not finally decided
This section applies if, immediately before the commencement, the chief executive had not finally decided an application for—
a licence; or
a renewal of a licence; or
a restoration of a licence.
The chief executive must decide the application under this Act as amended by the Criminal Law (Criminal Organisations Disruption) and Other Legislation Amendment Act 2013 .
In this section—
commencement means the commencement of this section.

(sec.139-ssec.1) This section applies if, immediately before the commencement, the chief executive had not finally decided an application for— a licence; or a renewal of a licence; or a restoration of a licence.
(sec.139-ssec.2) The chief executive must decide the application under this Act as amended by the Criminal Law (Criminal Organisations Disruption) and Other Legislation Amendment Act 2013 .
(sec.139-ssec.3) In this section— commencement means the commencement of this section.
- (a) a licence; or
- (b) a renewal of a licence; or
- (c) a restoration of a licence.
