### sec.135 Property pawned before the commencement The nominated sections of the repealed Act continue to apply to property taken as a pawn under the repealed Act before the commencement as if the repealed Act had not been repealed. In this section— nominated sections means, to the extent that the sections are relevant, sections 32, 33, 34, 35, 36, 38, 42, 55, 56 and 63. (sec.135-ssec.1) The nominated sections of the repealed Act continue to apply to property taken as a pawn under the repealed Act before the commencement as if the repealed Act had not been repealed. (sec.135-ssec.2) In this section— nominated sections means, to the extent that the sections are relevant, sections 32, 33, 34, 35, 36, 38, 42, 55, 56 and 63.
