### sec.115 Regulation-making power
The Governor in Council may make regulations under this Act.
Without limiting subsection (1) , a regulation may be made about any of the following matters—
fees, including refunding of fees;
the keeping of registers and other records by licensees;
duties of licensees;
conditions on licensees;
attaching or displaying names of licensees or associates to or on premises.
A regulation may provide for a maximum penalty of not more than 20 penalty units for a contravention of the regulation.
(sec.115-ssec.1) The Governor in Council may make regulations under this Act.
