### sec.94U QCAT jurisdiction This section applies to a dispute about a claimed or anticipated contractual matter about— the appointment or engagement of a person as a body corporate manager or caretaking service contractor for the resort or part of the resort; or the authorisation of a person as a letting agent for the resort or part of the resort. A party to the dispute may apply, as provided under the QCAT Act , for an order of QCAT to resolve the dispute. s 94U ins 2009 No. 26 s 102 amd 2009 No. 48 s 187 (sec.94U-ssec.1) This section applies to a dispute about a claimed or anticipated contractual matter about— the appointment or engagement of a person as a body corporate manager or caretaking service contractor for the resort or part of the resort; or the authorisation of a person as a letting agent for the resort or part of the resort.
