### sec.94S Giving copy of review advice to letting agent and prospective buyer of management rights Within 14 days after obtaining the review advice, the body corporate must give a copy of it to the letting agent. If requested by a prospective buyer of the letting agent’s management rights, the body corporate must give a copy of the review advice to the prospective buyer. s 94S ins 2009 No. 26 s 102 (sec.94S-ssec.1) Within 14 days after obtaining the review advice, the body corporate must give a copy of it to the letting agent. (sec.94S-ssec.2) If requested by a prospective buyer of the letting agent’s management rights, the body corporate must give a copy of the review advice to the prospective buyer.
