### sec.94D Meaning of service contractor for resort or part A person is a service contractor for the resort or part of the resort if— the person is engaged by the primary thoroughfare body corporate or principal body corporate to supply services to the body corporate for the benefit of the common property or lots included in the resort or part; and the person is not an employee of the primary thoroughfare body corporate or principal body corporate; and the services do not include administrative services; and the term of the engagement is at least 1 year. caretaking services, pool cleaning services s 94D ins 2009 No. 26 s 102 - (a) the person is engaged by the primary thoroughfare body corporate or principal body corporate to supply services to the body corporate for the benefit of the common property or lots included in the resort or part; and - (b) the person is not an employee of the primary thoroughfare body corporate or principal body corporate; and - (c) the services do not include administrative services; and - (d) the term of the engagement is at least 1 year.
