### sec.94 Power of primary thoroughfare body corporate to convene community meetings The primary thoroughfare body corporate may, at the request of any proprietor or occupier of land or of a lot within the site or the adjacent site, convene a meeting in respect of any matter of interest to proprietors or occupiers of land or lots within the site or the adjacent site. Any proprietor or occupier of land or of a lot within the site or the adjacent site may attend and vote at a meeting convened pursuant to subsection (1) . The chairperson of the primary thoroughfare body corporate shall preside at the meeting for the purpose of the election of a chairperson of the meeting and until the election of a chairperson. A meeting convened pursuant to subsection (1) is not a meeting of the primary thoroughfare body corporate. s 94 amd 1987 No. 91 s 42 (sec.94-ssec.1) The primary thoroughfare body corporate may, at the request of any proprietor or occupier of land or of a lot within the site or the adjacent site, convene a meeting in respect of any matter of interest to proprietors or occupiers of land or lots within the site or the adjacent site. (sec.94-ssec.3) The chairperson of the primary thoroughfare body corporate shall preside at the meeting for the purpose of the election of a chairperson of the meeting and until the election of a chairperson. (sec.94-ssec.4) A meeting convened pursuant to subsection (1) is not a meeting of the primary thoroughfare body corporate.
