### sec.91C Appointment [SM, s 107 ]
Subject to subsection (2) , the principal body corporate may appoint a proxy to act for the body corporate at the general meeting.
The appointment of a proxy is effective only if the principal body corporate or the holder of the proxy gives, by hand, post or facsimile, a properly completed proxy form to the secretary of the primary thoroughfare body corporate before—
the start of the meeting where the proxy is to be exercised; or
if the primary thoroughfare body corporate has fixed an earlier time by which proxies must be given (that can not, however, be earlier than 24 hours before the time fixed for the meeting)—the earlier time.
