### sec.74 Change of primary thoroughfare body corporate’s address
The primary thoroughfare body corporate may, in general meeting, decide that the address for the service of notices on the primary thoroughfare body corporate shall be changed.
Upon giving notice in writing to the Minister and notification by the Minister in the gazette of the change of address, the address for service of notices on the primary thoroughfare body corporate shall, notwithstanding any other provision of this Act, be the address so notified.
(sec.74-ssec.1) The primary thoroughfare body corporate may, in general meeting, decide that the address for the service of notices on the primary thoroughfare body corporate shall be changed.
(sec.74-ssec.2) Upon giving notice in writing to the Minister and notification by the Minister in the gazette of the change of address, the address for service of notices on the primary thoroughfare body corporate shall, notwithstanding any other provision of this Act, be the address so notified.
