### sec.47L Removal of voting member at general meeting [SM, s 35 ]
This section applies if—
the principal body corporate give a voting member of its executive committee a notice under section 47K (1) ; and
the period mentioned in section 47K (1) (c) for the notice has ended.
The principal body corporate must—
include on the agenda of its next general meeting, called after the period mentioned in section 47K (1) (c) ends, a motion to remove the member from office for breaching the code of conduct; and
attach to the agenda a copy of—
the notice; and
if the body corporate has received a written response from the member under section 47K (1) (c) —the response.
The member may be removed from office, by ordinary resolution of the principal body corporate, at the next general meeting.
