### sec.44 Meetings of executive committee
At a meeting of the executive committee more than half of the members of the executive committee constitutes a quorum.
Subject to this Act, the decision on any matter of the majority of the members voting on that matter shall be the decision of the executive committee at any meeting at which a quorum is present.
A decision of the executive committee has no force or effect if, before that decision is made, notice in writing is given to the secretary of the executive committee by not less than half of the total number of members of the principal body corporate, the sum of whose initial lot entitlements and secondary lot entitlements exceed half of the aggregate of all entitlements recorded in the principal body corporate roll, that the making of the decision is opposed by those members.
The executive committee shall cause to be kept a record of its decisions, of any notices given to its secretary under subsection (3) and full and accurate minutes of its meetings.
