### sec.41A Code of conduct for voting members of executive committee The code of conduct in schedule 4 applies to each person (a voting member ) who is— a member of the executive committee; and entitled to vote at general meetings of the principal body corporate. On becoming a voting member of the executive committee, the person is taken to have agreed to comply with the code of conduct. s 41A ins 2009 No. 26 s 81 (sec.41A-ssec.1) The code of conduct in schedule 4 applies to each person (a voting member ) who is— a member of the executive committee; and entitled to vote at general meetings of the principal body corporate.
