### sec.34 Principal body corporate roll
The principal body corporate shall prepare and maintain a roll in accordance with this section.
The principal body corporate shall record in the principal body corporate roll the following information—
in respect of each initial lot which has not been subdivided into secondary lots—the initial lot entitlement;
in respect of each secondary lot—the secondary lot entitlement;
the total of the initial lot entitlements and secondary lot entitlements referred to in paragraphs (a) and (b) ;
the name and address for service of notices on each member of the principal body corporate;
the name and address of any person appointed (in writing addressed to the principal body corporate) by any member of the principal body corporate to represent that member at meetings of the principal body corporate.
The principal body corporate shall record and maintain in the principal body corporate roll—
a copy of the development control by-laws for the time being in force; and
a copy of the secondary thoroughfare by-laws for the time being in force.
(sec.34-ssec.1) The principal body corporate shall prepare and maintain a roll in accordance with this section.
(sec.34-ssec.2) The principal body corporate shall record in the principal body corporate roll the following information— in respect of each initial lot which has not been subdivided into secondary lots—the initial lot entitlement; in respect of each secondary lot—the secondary lot entitlement; the total of the initial lot entitlements and secondary lot entitlements referred to in paragraphs (a) and (b) ; the name and address for service of notices on each member of the principal body corporate; the name and address of any person appointed (in writing addressed to the principal body corporate) by any member of the principal body corporate to represent that member at meetings of the principal body corporate.
(sec.34-ssec.3) The principal body corporate shall record and maintain in the principal body corporate roll— a copy of the development control by-laws for the time being in force; and a copy of the secondary thoroughfare by-laws for the time being in force.
- (a) in respect of each initial lot which has not been subdivided into secondary lots—the initial lot entitlement;
- (b) in respect of each secondary lot—the secondary lot entitlement;
- (c) the total of the initial lot entitlements and secondary lot entitlements referred to in paragraphs (a) and (b) ;
- (d) the name and address for service of notices on each member of the principal body corporate;
- (e) the name and address of any person appointed (in writing addressed to the principal body corporate) by any member of the principal body corporate to represent that member at meetings of the principal body corporate.
