### sec.25 Seal of principal body corporate
The common seal of the principal body corporate shall be kept—
where the principal body corporate is constituted by the company alone—by the company;
where the principal body corporate is constituted by 2 or more members—by such member of the principal body corporate or member of the executive committee as the principal body corporate determines or, in the absence of any such determination, by the secretary of the executive committee.
The common seal of the principal body corporate shall only be affixed to an instrument or document in the presence of—
where the principal body corporate is constituted by 1 or 2 members—that member or those members, as the case may be; or
where the principal body corporate is constituted by more than 2 members—such 2 persons, being members of the principal body corporate or members of the executive committee, as the principal body corporate determines or, in the absence of any such determination, the secretary and any other member of the executive committee;
who shall attest the fact and date of the affixing of the seal by their signatures.
However, where a member is a body corporate, the common seal affixed in the presence of a person nominated in writing by the body corporate for that purpose and attested by that person as provided in this subsection shall be deemed to have been duly affixed in the presence of that body corporate.

(sec.25-ssec.2) The common seal of the principal body corporate shall only be affixed to an instrument or document in the presence of— where the principal body corporate is constituted by 1 or 2 members—that member or those members, as the case may be; or where the principal body corporate is constituted by more than 2 members—such 2 persons, being members of the principal body corporate or members of the executive committee, as the principal body corporate determines or, in the absence of any such determination, the secretary and any other member of the executive committee; who shall attest the fact and date of the affixing of the seal by their signatures.
