### sec.12H Transfer of primary thoroughfare to primary thoroughfare body corporate The company shall as soon as practicable lodge with the registrar of titles all documents necessary to transfer the lots or lots shown in the initial plan of survey of the adjacent site that comprise the primary thoroughfare within the adjacent site to the primary thoroughfare body corporate. The primary thoroughfare body corporate shall not be required to make any payment or provide any consideration for such transfer. Nothing in this section shall operate to relieve the company of its obligations to effect at its expense the initial construction of the primary thoroughfare to the standard prescribed pursuant to section 51 . s 12H ins 1987 No. 91 s 12 (sec.12H-ssec.1) The company shall as soon as practicable lodge with the registrar of titles all documents necessary to transfer the lots or lots shown in the initial plan of survey of the adjacent site that comprise the primary thoroughfare within the adjacent site to the primary thoroughfare body corporate.
