### sec.120 Existing number of committee members may continue until effective day This section applies if— the principal body corporate or primary thoroughfare body corporate has more than 5 members; and the number (the existing number ) of members of the executive committee of the body corporate is less than 5. Despite section 41(4) or 85(4), the executive committee may continue to consist of the existing number of members.
