### sec.118 Transitional amendment of initial plan of survey of adjacent site to reflect new zone boundaries This section applies if a proposed use plan of the adjacent site is approved by the local government under section 12C(4). A plan of survey (the amending plan ) may be lodged with the registrar of titles to amend the initial plan of survey of the adjacent site in accordance with the boundaries of the zones shown on the proposed use plan. Section 12F(9) to (10) applies to the amending plan as if the amending plan had been lodged with the registrar of titles under section 12F(8)(b)(i). Only 1 lodgement may be made under subsection (2). s 118 ins 2009 No. 26 s 108 (sec.118-ssec.1) This section applies if a proposed use plan of the adjacent site is approved by the local government under section 12C(4). (sec.118-ssec.2) A plan of survey (the amending plan ) may be lodged with the registrar of titles to amend the initial plan of survey of the adjacent site in accordance with the boundaries of the zones shown on the proposed use plan. (sec.118-ssec.3) Section 12F(9) to (10) applies to the amending plan as if the amending plan had been lodged with the registrar of titles under section 12F(8)(b)(i). (sec.118-ssec.4) Only 1 lodgement may be made under subsection (2).
