### sec.116 Former floating dwelling house zone Subsections (2) and (3) apply until— the local government approves a plan of survey of the site under section 7(4); or the beginning of the effective day. The former floating dwelling house zone continues to be a residential zone of the site. A reference to the Harbour 1 Residential Zone in schedule 1, part 1 or schedule 9, definition residential zone is taken to be a reference to the former floating dwelling house zone. If, at the beginning of the effective day, the approval mentioned in subsection (1)(a) has not happened— the name of the former floating dwelling house zone is changed to ‘Harbour 1 Residential Zone’; and a reference in the proposed use plan of the site to the Floating Dwelling House Zone is taken to be a reference to the Harbour 1 Residential Zone.
