### sec.114 References to proposed use plan of site This section applies— until the local government approves a plan of survey of the site under section 7(4); and despite section 4B(1). Paragraph (b) refers to section 4B(1) as in force before the commencement of the Local Government Electoral Act 2011 , section 304 . A reference in this Act to the proposed use plan of the site is a reference to the plan of survey of the site approved under section 8(4) or (7) as it was in force immediately before the commencement. This section stops applying on the commencement of section 4B(1) and (2) as inserted by the Local Government Electoral Act 2011 . s 114 ins 2009 No. 26 s 108 amd 2011 No. 27 s 333 (sec.114-ssec.1) This section applies— until the local government approves a plan of survey of the site under section 7(4); and despite section 4B(1).
