### sec.112 Declaration about resolution of disputes under Building Units and Group Titles Act 1980 This section applies to all acts, matters and things done before the commencement of section 104A for the resolution, under the Building Units and Group Titles Act 1980 , part 5, of a dispute about the operation of this Act or the rights and obligations of persons under this Act. To remove any doubt, it is declared that the acts, matters and things are taken to be, and always to have been, as validly done as if they were done after the commencement. s 112 ins 2003 No. 6 s 162 (sec.112-ssec.1) This section applies to all acts, matters and things done before the commencement of section 104A for the resolution, under the Building Units and Group Titles Act 1980 , part 5, of a dispute about the operation of this Act or the rights and obligations of persons under this Act.
