### sec.107 Offences generally and penalty A person who contravenes or fails to comply with any provision of this Act commits an offence against this Act. Where no penalty is expressly provided, a person who commits an offence against this Act is liable to a penalty of 20 penalty units. s 107 amd 1987 No. 91 s 46 (sec.107-ssec.1) A person who contravenes or fails to comply with any provision of this Act commits an offence against this Act. (sec.107-ssec.2) Where no penalty is expressly provided, a person who commits an offence against this Act is liable to a penalty of 20 penalty units.
