sec.104ADealing with particular disputes under Building Units and Group Titles Act 1980

### sec.104A Dealing with particular disputes under Building Units and Group Titles Act 1980 Subject to subsection (2) , a dispute about the operation of this Act or the rights and obligations of persons under this Act may be dealt with under the Building Units and Group Titles Act 1980 , part 5 . However, this section— does not apply to a dispute or matter mentioned in section 94T , 94U or 104B ; and is subject to section 104C . s 104A ins 2003 No. 6 s 161 sub 2009 No. 26 s 107 (sec.104A-ssec.1) Subject to subsection (2) , a dispute about the operation of this Act or the rights and obligations of persons under this Act may be dealt with under the Building Units and Group Titles Act 1980 , part 5 . (sec.104A-ssec.2) However, this section— does not apply to a dispute or matter mentioned in section 94T , 94U or 104B ; and is subject to section 104C . - (a) does not apply to a dispute or matter mentioned in section 94T , 94U or 104B ; and - (b) is subject to section 104C .
