### sec.103 Application of laws of the State The laws of the State relating to the design and construction and standard of construction or materials of buildings and other structures apply according to their tenor in respect of special dwelling houses so far as those laws may be sensibly so applied, as if special dwelling houses were constructed on land. The Coastal Protection and Management Act 1995 and the Planning Act do not apply to the development, or proposed development, of a part of the site as a harbour facility.
