### sec.31 Existing medical declarations This section applies in relation to a medical declaration given to a duty holder under the repealed regulation, section 10C if, immediately before the commencement, the declaration had been kept by the duty holder for less than a year. On the commencement, the medical declaration continues as a medical declaration under new section 10.
