### sec.5 Saving of operation of particular schemes and other provisions under repealed regulation This section applies to the following provisions (each a saved provision ) of the repealed regulation— part 5, divisions 2, 3 and 4; the schedule, parts 1, 2, 6, 9, 10, 13 to 17 and 19 to 27. Each saved provision— is a law to which the Acts Interpretation Act 1954 , section 20A applies; and continues to apply to the things mentioned in it as if the repealed regulation had not been repealed. (sec.5-ssec.1) This section applies to the following provisions (each a saved provision ) of the repealed regulation— part 5, divisions 2, 3 and 4; the schedule, parts 1, 2, 6, 9, 10, 13 to 17 and 19 to 27.
