### sch.8-sec.9 Maximum amount of assistance The maximum amount of a loan that may be given to an applicant under the scheme is $1,000,000. However, if the applicant has received, or has been approved to receive, relevant assistance, the maximum amount of a loan that may be given to the applicant under the scheme is $1,000,000 less the total amount of the relevant assistance.
