### sch.7-sec.6 Nature of assistance
The nature of the assistance that may be given under the scheme is the provision of a loan at a concessional interest rate for an amount to be used as essential working capital for a primary production enterprise, small business or non-profit activities of an eligible entity for up to 1 year.
Essential working capital , for a primary production enterprise, small business or non-profit activities, is money that is necessary to continue the normal operation of the primary production enterprise, small business or non-profit activities.
